Venice beach is really interesting, to say the least. It is busy and fun and full of characters, perfect for people watching. We spent part of this day walking down the beach and watching the skateboarders wipe out at the skate park.
Later, we went to The Rose for lunch and had amazing service and beautiful food. I loved the atmosphere and the decor. It’s exactly what you expect an LA restaurant to feel like. There were busy people having meetings with their laptops out and drinking rosé so casually.
I got these shoes three years ago for twenty dollars at Payless and they have been a staple in my summer wardrobe ever since. They are so comfortable and so versatile! I am still surprised I got them from Payless but it’s crazy what you can find for a good price if you just look in stores you may not typically shop at.
