Pink Booties

It was such a chilly Fall day today. Jake and I made the most of it though. We had a sushi date and then went over to Chapters and grabbed some Starbucks. Browsing at Chapters is one of our favourite things to do as a couple. We love it there. We could honestly spend all day, well I know I can! They have a ton on sale right now and such cute new Fall home decor and accessories.

I went to Winners a couple weeks ago and picked up so many new pairs of shoes. They had a ton of cute stock, with plenty of sizes which I find they are usually lacking. I have really small feet and it makes it difficult to find the right size. I picked up these pink booties that day and I am completely obsessed with them. Pink is, of course, my favourite colour and when I saw these on display I could not resist. I really love the high, tight ankle look of some of the booties in stock this season. I hope the trend stays because they make your legs look so slim!

I cannot wait for Thanksgiving weekend. My grandparents are coming and I am extremely excited. I love having family here for the holidays, it makes it feel so much more festive. I decorated the steps using garland I picked up at Michaels and an assortment of pumpkins we got at Millarville Market on the weekend. I love the way it turned out. It was such an easy way to make the house look more welcoming for the holidays.
